Obituary for Robert Heath

Robert Heath, 74, of Strawberry Plains, TN, passed away peacefully on 12/31/24, surrounded by loved ones. Born on 3/29/1950, he was the beloved son of Robert Heath Sr and Irene Moore Heath. He was recently baptized by Pastor David Ault from Kodak Church. 

 A devoted husband to Kay Huffaker Heath with whom he shared almost 55 years of love and partnership. Together, they built a life filled with laughter, love, and countless memories. He was a proud and loving father to Kevin Heath, (Angie Underwood), Shauna Heath, and a devoted grandfather to Kayleigh and Lexi Heath, who will forever cherish the lessons and joy he brought into their lives.

 Robert is preceeded in death by his brother Donald R. Heath and survived by his sisters Katie Heath, (Ed Trotter) and Robyn Heath, (Rob Hickey).

Robert Heath lived a life marked by dedication, kindness, and integrity. He spent over 50 years working at places like Newport Welding, Magnavox, Beverley Steel, Palm Beach, Volunteer Mechanical, and Tree Walker Treestands. Beyond his professional life, he was passionate about family, fishing, gardening and cooking. 

Known for his humor, wisdom, and generosity, Robert had a remarkable ability to bring people together and leave a lasting impression on everyone he met. He was a true friend, a guiding light to his family, and a pillar of strength to all who knew him.

A celebration of life will be announced later. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Kodak Church, a cause close to his heart.

Robert will be deeply missed but fondly remembered. His legacy of love, kindness, and strength will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate to know him.
