Kerri Brooke Loy, born on July 21, 1991, in Knoxville, Tennessee, passed away on February 6, 2025. A graduate of Clinton High School, Kerri was known for her caring nature, infectious sense of humor, and sweet disposition, which endeared her to all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
Throughout her life, Kerri enjoyed various hobbies that brought her joy and fulfillment. She found solace in flower gardening, relishing the tranquility it offered, and cherished adventures riding ATVs. Additionally, Kerri had a profound appreciation for life by the lake, where she created many cherished memories.
Kerri is survived by her beloved daughter, Harley Bills, and her father, Randy Loy, and her mother and step-father, Lisa and Darrell Light. Kerri was fortunate to have a loving grandfather, Wilson Gadd Sr., and grandparents Patsy and Pete King, who played significant roles in her life. She also leaves a loving aunt, Shelia Holbert, as well as uncles Sonny Loy, Darrell Loy, J.R. Gadd, and Nick Gadd. Kerri is remembered fondly by a host of cousins who shared in her laughter and adventures.
Kerri was preceded in death by her grandparents Warren and Ernestine Loy and her grandmother Terri Gadd. Though she is no longer with us, her vibrant spirit and the love she bestowed upon her family and friends will forever remain in our hearts. Kerri Brooke Loy will be remembered as a bright light whose kindness and laughter enriched the lives of everyone she encountered.
