Jenifer Coleman

October 20, 1948 — April 29, 2024

Jennifer Lorraine Coleman, born Lorraine Teresa McKay Camden NJ died at the age of 75 on April 30 while in the care of University of Tennessee Medical Center. She was preceded in death by parents Edna McKay, William McKay and Sons Robin Buscher, and Rainey Buscher and half brother Billy McKay.

She is survived by Son Danu Buscher, Sister Patricia McKay, half-sister Diane McKay.

She graduated from Sterling HS in Somerdale NJ in 1967, and lived in NJ during various times where she married Allan Buscher and had 3 sons. She Lived in Garner NC for many years and worked as a License Nurse. During that time she was a member of the Chapel Hill Cloggers. She played the Guitar and wrote music and played in local coffee houses.

She discovered Irish music and spent many years writing Irish folk songs and travelling to Ireland to work with some of the local musicians.

She was a free spirit and loved animals and especially horses. She owned many different horses most of her adult life.

She moved to Cosby TN and lived there for the past 25 years, enjoying the country life with her Tennessee Walking horse, and numerous animals.

While she may no longer be with us in body, Jennifer’s spirit lives on in the hearts of those she touched.
