Angela passed away peacefully on Thursday, Feb. 1st 2024 at UT Medical in Knoxville, TN at the age of 63. She was a beloved mother, daughter, sister, and friend. She is proceeded in death by her father Rev. Freddie Joe Isbell, mother Shirley Dean Glover (Isbell), brother Wayne Isbell, and brother Ronnie Isbell. She is survived by her daughter Stacey Renee Hancock, daughter Maria (Shane) Murrell, and brother Joseph (Sherry) Isbell. She had 5 grandchildren- Dylan H., Shelby C., Kaley G., Mason T., and Jacob G. She had 2 great-granddaughters Lakelyn M., and Teagan H. and one great-grandson, Silas H.
